You'll also need knitting needles size 7 (4.50 mm) and 10.5 ()6.50 mm). Fits sizes 38-40-42-44—Intermediate knit. 

Stitch Requirements: Cast on, cast off, knit, purl, repeat, increase, decrease, stockinette stitch.
